The Green Nursing Homes Limited has started construction works to develop the new 39 en-suite bedroom facility on land adjacent to their ‘The Green Care Home’ in Dronfield.

RBS has supported the company with a seven figure loan which will fund the cost of the build.  It is anticipated that the new care home will be open by the beginning of September 2015.

Established in the early 1990’s, The Green Nursing Homes limited is a family run business that owns and operates two care homes in Derbyshire – The Green Care Home in Dronfield and The Green Care Home in Hasland.  Both homes have been awarded ‘Quality Premium” status by Derbyshire County Council.

Deepak Jaiswal, Managing Director of The Green Nursing Homes Limited said: “I am thrilled that construction of our new specialist care facility is underway.  The home will provide much needed quality care for the elderly in the Chesterfield area and our dementia focussed provision will be a welcomed addition to the ever-increasing elderly people who suffer from dementia.

“The funding support we have received from RBS has been excellent and the loan is enabling us to create a modern, state of the art care home, which will provide us with the best facilities possible, to care for our clients.”

Paul Curzon, Senior Relationship Manager at RBS explains: “The Green Nursing Homes Limited is a highly respected provider of care in the Chesterfield area.  Mr Jaiswal has taken the opportunity to expand on his business portfolio by acquiring land adjacent to The Green Dronfield and constructing a specialist care facility. This will provide much needed quality care for the elderly and dementia sufferers in the area and will be a much valued addition to the local care offering.”

“I am delighted to have been able to support Mr Jaiswal with this exciting project and I’d like to wish his team all the success in the future”
