Valorum Care Group appoints Managing Director

Esa Reeman has been named Valorum Care Group’s managing director with responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Group’s schemes in England.

She moves into the role from her previous position as the Group’s managing director for the southern region.

Esa has more than 20 years’ experience in the social care sector after starting as a 15-year-old trainee in a care home. She has held a variety of senior management roles, including CEO for South West-based Carmel Care & Support. Her new role has responsibility for 39 CQC registered services and a 1,500 strong care team.

Esa said: “Having started as a 15-year-old in the care sector, I have shown that care does offer real career progression and I would also champion care as a fulfilling and rewarding career. I take on this role in the most challenging time the sector has ever seen, but I am fortunate that I have a really strong team who understand the need to provide good care, no matter how testing the circumstances are.”

  1. Hello Esa
I wrote a letter to you on the 23rd February. Did you receive it, if not I will send it again.
It was regarding my brother David Moores who was a resident at JMH Burcot, who very sadly died of Covid, in January this year, he was one of three who died at JMH.
There has been no word of condolence from Valorum is this right?
