In full accordance with Government guidelines, LNT Construction are pleased to commence works on site to two new Care Homes in Faversham and Chippenham this month. This follows the successful completion of homes in both Bicester and Sandbach, providing much needed, market leading facilities for the provision of Residential Care.
It is our goal to provide and enhance a safe environment for both staff and residents, as such our homes are ever improving and developing to future proof. Our buildings are designed to work for us to help fight against infectious diseases, all bedrooms and day spaces have natural background trickle ventilation rather than recirculated air, this ensures fresh air is being bought in and the old air is flushed out. Our care homes have wide corridors and ensure there is enough day space for residents to relax in through multiple lounges around the home which also prevents overcrowding. All bedrooms are fitted with a full ensuite wetroom as well as additional assisted bathrooms throughout the home.
Peter Mortimer MD of Construction “I’m extremely proud of the team at LNTC (LNT Construction) as we have adapted and continued to build exceptional quality care homes. To announce this week we are starting a further two sites at Chippenham and Faversham has further raised the amazing spirit and passion of the LNTC team.”
Nick Broadbent, LNT Care Development Director commented “it has been a great achievement to be able to safely keep our sites open and continue to provide care beds to the UK in these difficult times. We are continually evolving our product to suit current and emerging needs of the sector, and very much look forward to seeing these two fantastic sites take shape over the next twelve months construction period”
