The final tiles have been secured on the roof of a new luxury care home in Towcester as part of a traditional topping out ceremony to mark the latest milestone at the development.
Caring Homes is delighted to announce that Brook House, our purpose-built care home in Northamptonshire, is due to open in Summer 2020.
Brook House has a perfect location close to the town centre with visitor parking and access to public transport.
The home will be luxurious and beautifully furnished whilst retaining a warm family atmosphere, with trained staff available to get to know residents individually offering the highest standards of residential, nursing and dementia care.
Brook House will offer first class facilities and accommodation, with a choice of spacious bedrooms with ensuite wet rooms, some having private patios with garden access. The home will feature bright and versatile communal areas including a cinema, hair salon, sensory room, shop, bistro, a restaurant with private dining facilities and several cosy lounges and quiet rooms.
The final roof tiles were fitted by Caring Homes Construction Manager Kevin Coleman, Area Sales Manager Michelle Mackay and Special Projects Manager Alison Curd along with representatives from the construction company.
Kevin Coleman said: “It is very exciting for everyone involved that we have reached this milestone at Brook House. We will now all be working hard to get the home fitted out inside and recruit staff ready to welcome our first residents next year.”
Brook House is part of Caring Homes which is celebrating 25 years in the care home industry this year after starting out with one care home in 1994.
