Lexicon Healthcare host their own awards for care staff with four special Star Awards up for grabs, recognising how each member of the team, at every level and in any role, can play a vital part in making every day better for residents.

Established last year the awards are designed to celebrate those dedicated members of the care team who always go the extra mile in the way they deliver a 5-star service, submissions are invited from residents and their family members as well as other staff members.
