Specialist care provider, Belong, has announced that Louise Chamberlain has been appointed to manage its domiciliary care service, Belong at Home. Bringing with her a wealth of experience in the management of home care organisations, Louise will build upon the service’s recent successes, including being rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission and being listed in the top 10 home care providers in the North West.

Belong at Home offers personalised home care and tailors services to the needs of individuals. Customers are supported by a consistent home care team and Belong has rigorous selection, allocation and training processes to promote positive relationship-based care. Staff are highly qualified to provide specialist support for people with dementia.
Louise is joining Belong from her former role as Operations Manager of Care Tech, who run care homes and supported living throughout the UK. Louise is experienced in older people and has a wealth of knowledge in domiciliary care, having previously also worked as a training manager of a nationwide social and healthcare brand and Domiciliary Care Manager, providing home care across the country.

Belong at Home services operate from state-of-the-art care villages. The villages incorporate apartments for independent living and 24-hour care households and have a central hub with facilities including a hair salon, bistro and gym, which can be accessed by the village community as well as local people.
