In her new role, Hayley takes responsibility for the new state-of-the-art 57-bed care facility on Ashlands, its 55 residents and 80-strong employee team. She will work consistently to ensure the home provides the very best quality of care for every individual, and that each day is filled with love and laughter for residents.

She commented: “I am looking forward to being part of a company with an exciting future that has the same heart, passion and ideals as myself. I plan to work with my team to establish Ashlands Manor as one of the best homes in the area with a reputation for outstanding provision in care for the elderly and a happy environment that offers peace of mind and the personal touch for loved ones and family members.”
CEO at New Care, Chris McGoff, added: “With the opening of Ashlands Manor, New Care will set new standards for care in Greater Manchester. I’m confident that Hayley is the right person to lead our new team and that she will create a warm, welcoming and safe environment for all those in her care.”
Age 47, Hayley is a qualified nurse. She is married with two grown-up children. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.
