Cross Keys Homes’ Executive Director of Development, David Keeling, leads residents In a sing along at the Kingfisher Court’s second birthday.

Cross Keys Homes’  first extra care scheme, Kingfisher Court, celebrated it second anniversary recently, and as a birthday present, residents received a new piano for the communal lounge.

Residents of the scheme, which has a vibrant social calendar, suggested a piano would be a great addition to the facilities available. Already hosting regular dances, coffee mornings and chat clubs, the piano will allow residents and guest performers to put on musical events as well.

Tickling the ivories at the first concert was Cross Keys Homes’ Executive Director of Development, who showed his considerable musical talents leading a sing along at the birthday party, and doing requests of all the old favourites.

Kingfisher Court is owned by Cross Keys Homes and the care is provided by its own care service, Cross Keys Care. With an emphasis on client led care, that is flexible to change as the clients’ needs change. Cross Keys Homes is Peterborough’s largest provider of independent living solutions, combining care with its extra care and sheltered housing, along with its telecare service.
