Following the announcement by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) of a significant fee increase to providers, the regulator has released supporting statutory documents:
Commenting on these documents, VODG chief executive Rhidian Hughes said:
“CQC’s consultation on its fees has been a complete farce. VODG, and our members, have wasted considerable time and resources engaging with the regulator only for our views and perspectives to be ignored”.
