Care Home provider, Lambhill Court Ltd are delighted to announce the appointment of Arlene Fox as Clinical Development Manager at Lambhill Court Care Home.
Arlene, 35 who lives in Uddingston was previously Sister, Deputy Manager and Manager at Lambhill Court Care Home prior to being appointed Clinical Development Manager. Arlene is registered with the National Association for Providers of Activities for Older People (NAPA). She brings a wealth of experience and an enviable reputation, having worked in the care sector for the past 19 years.
Arlene will ensure that registration and legislative requirements are met and the highest level of nursing and residential care standards are consistently maintained, while providing clear clinical leadership relating to policies and benchmarking of care standards.
She will provide management support, develop effective and appropriate clinical policies and procedures, carry out audits and provide expert advice and guidance to Managers.
Arlene will also recruit, clinically train and develop staff, as well as foster close links with local authorities and other public and commercial organisations.
Arlene Fox said: “I joined Lambhill Court in 2012 as I feel the team are committed to ensuring the best quality of care is achieved in each and every service. My previous roles have helped me to develop the skills which I will use to support clinical lead practices in the company and ensure that everything at Lambhill Court runs as smoothly as possible.
Arlene added: “I aim to develop Lambhill Court to provide a service of excellence through person-centred care provision whilst helping residents to continue to maintain their independence and have a fulfilling and meaningful life wherever possible.”
