Home care specialist, Community Life Choices, plans to increase its workforce by a quarter in the next 12 months after investing in a larger headquarters in Preston.
The expansion follows growing demand for the firm’s personalised home care services, with turnover on track to exceed £1.5m this year – its fourth year of training.
Demand for high quality care and support saw the company create more than 50 new jobs across the UK in the last 12 months, whilst also recording a 150 per cent increase in turnover.
Providing an additional 1,200 sq ft of space, the new premises, which is adjacent to the firm’s previous headquarters that it shared with another business, will accommodate future growth in staff and services.
During 2015, Community Life Choices expanded in a number of specialist areas including mental health and litigation support services, as well as clocking up more demand for its financial services and specialist recruitment offering. In addition, the firm also increased its presence across the UK, successfully winning 14 local authority contracts.
The company offers children, adults and families with complex care needs greater choice and control in how their home care support is managed and issued to ensure delivery of a quality, bespoke service.
