A panel made up of expert judges were looking for care organisations and individuals that have made an outstanding contribution to the care sector during 2014.
One judge said ‘This was a difficult category to judge given the strength of a number of submissions, however County Court Care stood out as not only delivering excellent support and training for its staff- which is clearly paying dividends in the service they give their residents- but investing in and turning around failing care homes that may otherwise have closed’
‘By putting clients and families at the heart of all that they do, this family run business is personal and not corporate’ said another.
Country Court Care has been established since 1983 and is a family run provider of residential, nursing and dementia care.
Currently the company is focussed on investing in new care homes and updating and restoring existing homes. They are also in the process of developing care services for the future and passionately believe in investing in staff and management to ensure they are working at exceptional levels.
Alykhan Kachra, the Marketing Director for Country Court Care said ‘Our philosophy is simple – families and residents are at the heart of everything we. The success of our homes is not just down to the bricks and mortar, but our dedicated professional staff, who make up the fabric of our homes, led by outstanding care’
