DC Care is delighted to announce the recent successful sale of Apple Residential Care Home, located in the popular North Wales coastal town of Colwyn Bay.
Apple Residential Care Home is registered for 16 within the category of mental health care, benefitting from all single accommodation and a good standard of decor that reflects the individual tastes of the residents.
Looking to retire from the industry the outgoing operator appointed DC Care to market the home. A suitable purchaser was found in Dr Bruce Moore, who acquired his first care home through DC Care in 2020, Carr Holm in Prestatyn.
The sale was managed through to completion by Senior Sales Negotiator Lisa Rushworth, Senior Sales Negotiator.
Following completion of the sale, Dr Moore offered his thanks to Lisa. “This is the 2nd care home we have bought through DC Care and once again it has been an enjoyable process thanks to the friendly, helpful and professional support of DC Care staff.
