Clare Hall has been appointed the new Registered Operations Manager for South Gloucestershire, Bristol for Brunelcare’s domiciliary home care division.
Clare started with the charity in July and will be responsible for the day-to-day runnings of South Gloucestershire’s domiciliary home care division. Coming from a background in care and corporate banking, Clare will be using her previous career experience to improve rotas, client interaction and relationship management in her new role, making her office and carers one team.
Clare has nearly a decade of experience in the care sector, previously working with adults with disabilities and 23-years in the banking customer service sector. Combined, she says, is a recipe for success!
Clare said: “When I got the position at Brunelcare I was so thrilled. The job seemed perfect and I’m enjoying every minute of it so far. I’m excited to get my teeth into some restructuring around rotas and how we work as a team. I’m keen to also get myself out and about in the community, visiting our clients and introducing myself.”
