Cited as the organisation that has led the pack in terms of providing outstanding care over the past 12 months, Home Instead Senior Care secured the title of Home Care Provider of the Year and its CEO Martin Jones was named Executive of the Year.
The Leaders in Care Awards’ judges were impressed with Homes Instead’s innovative model of prioritising the client’s emotional and social needs together with the organisation’s willingness to embrace new technologies to support clients. Martin Jones was recognised for his inspired leadership on a company and sector wide level for how he has driven Home Instead Senior Care to success over the past year and steered the network towards changing the face of ageing.
Martin comments: “I am passionate about our bespoke approach to quality. The way that we go about delivering care is quite unique. We work with our clients and their families to deliver care where the client comes first and that has resulted in us achieving 58 Care Quality Commission ‘Outstanding’ ratings – more than any other home care company in England.”
He adds: “Winning these awards is a privilege, and is wonderful recognition for all of our compassionate caregivers. It’s about improving the lives of our clients, and their families, as well as creating meaningful work for our caregivers – and this was just a fantastic thing to be part of.”
