Speaking on behalf of Outlook Care’s Executive Leadership Team, Anne Cooper said, “We would like to take this opportunity to appreciate Becky’s outstanding efforts and her service to Foxburrow Grange since her appointment in February 2017. The Leadership Team believes that Joy will bring similar attributes to successfully deliver on the care home’s ethos.”
