Nine members of staff from The Hillings residential care home in Eaton Socon, St Neots, have been officially thanked for their long and dedicated service to the home.
A special presentation was held to formally recognise staff members for their continued work, which between them works out to over 70 years of combined service. Each staff member was presented with a pin badge, certificate and a gift by Healthcare Homes’ Regional Director, George Catanescu.
Those recognised carry out a range of roles at the home, which specialises in elderly and dementia-focused care, including care assistants and laundry assistants. The home’s deputy manager, Tracy Morris, was also thanked for dedicating almost 10 years to the Hillings.

Becky Tokens – 10 years – senior carer
Amanda Leddy –10 years – domestic / care assistant
Sandra Kelly – 5+ years – night carer
Loraine Melville – 5+ years – laundry assistant / care assistant.
Sue Moles – 5+ years – care assistant
Charmaine Clarke – 5+ years – care assistant / bank domestic
Confirmed George: “It really was wonderful to take some time out of everyone’s busy days to thank and recognise our staff, each of whom have given so many years to the home and the people that live here.
