With all the homes rated as Good in all areas, Lilian Faithfull is looking to expand its breadth of care in Gloucestershire.

There is a distinct shortage of options for older people looking to remain independent but not tie-up their capital in a retirement property.

In April 2019, Lilian Faithfull will offer quality rental options, which will include all utility bills.

Director of Care, Suzanne Booker comments, “Our newly developed Royal Garden Flats will provide four affordable flats set within a peaceful courtyard garden. The ‘all inclusive’ rent will suit those looking to simplify their financial affairs and free up time to spend on those things they enjoy. These flats will provide people of Gloucestershire a vital choice without committing to a long-term property.”

Chief Executive, Martin Hughes says, “when we set our Strategic Plan with our Board, we always said we want to do more in the County – in a matter of 3 years we’ve doubled the number of people we support in Gloucestershire and estimate we touch the lives of over 1,000 people every day”
