Surrey Choices is pleased to announce the appointment of Mette Le Jakobsen to the role of Managing Director at the company.
Surrey Choices provide support services for people with a range of disabilities and support needs, whatever their age, in their local community. These include activities in day and community services and home and living, plus Short Breaks respite and Shared Lives, employment and learning.
Mette brings with her wealth of knowledge and skills in social care, with over 30 years experience in local authorities, NHS organisations and the commercial sector. Mette is a qualified social worker with a passion for providing outcome based and quality services focused on the customer.
Working with the Surrey Choices Board and the Senior Management Team, Mette will provide leadership to Surrey Choices to deliver strategic objectives. She will also be working closely with Surrey County Council to ensure Surrey Choices continue to offer the high quality and best value services they require.
