Country Court Care’s IT Apprentice honoured at local ‘Excellence in Skills Awards Evening’


Country Court Care’s IT Apprentice Dawid Tylman was honoured at the annual Peterborough Regional College ‘Excellence in Skills Awards Evening’, winning the award for Intermediate Apprentice of the Year.

Dawid won the award due to his vast improvement with communication skills, producing outstanding work and growth of confidence within his subject area. Dawid completed his work under strict deadlines and worked late to meet these deadlines demonstrating dedication and commitment.

“This is a fantastic achievement, Dawid has demonstrated that he is real asset to the team here at Country Court Care”. Said Al-Karim Kachra, Financial Director on presenting Dawid with his award and prize at the ceremony. “Dawid has been outstanding during his apprenticeship and this has led directly to his full-time employment with us. On behalf of all of us at Country Court Care we congratulate him on his hard work and look forward to supporting him in the future to gain more experience within the IT industry”.

Dawid was presented with his award and prize in a prestigious awards ceremony at Peterborough Cathedral. Celebrating student’s efforts and dedication to study over the last academic year, the Cathedral was full of students, staff, sponsors, guests and local businesses.

Current music students provided entertainment as everyone arrived, Media students were on hand all evening to produce live footage showcased on a big screen, and the evening was finished off superbly by a delicious buffet prepared and served by Hospitality and Catering students.
