Under the leadership of husband and wife duo, Sean and Jo Gavin, the care homes are governed by the three core principles of Hartford Care; “Care, Comfort and Companionship”.
Each of the care homes is led by an experienced Home Manager and a team of nursing, care and support staff that represent the warm, respectful and empathetic approach of Hartford Care.
We firmly believe that each and every one of our residents has an absolute right to choose the way they live their lives. Whatever their preferences, we do all we can to support our residents by providing them with the best possible environment in which to enjoy them.
Our residents enjoy welcoming visitors in to the home, so it is a great opportunity for everyone to visit, share in the experiences and absorb the great atmosphere that the care home generates.
CEO of Hartford Care Sean Gavin says: I am proud to have Hartford Care involved in Care Home Open Day because it allows us to extend a warm welcome to our communities. I think it is important for the care home to be a key element in the community and this day allows us to bring people together from local areas and our care homes. I’m sure it will be an enjoyable day for staff too who always enjoy the fun, games and entertainment on the day.
