The care home and retirement village situated in Stratton, Cirencester, in the heart of the Cotswolds is now officially open.
Aura Care Living, the luxury retirement specialists behind the project have now received official certification from CQC (Care Quality Commission) and they can now take in residents to the care home, owners of the retirement properties began moving in before Christmas.
The impressive project has been completed by their sister company Aura Care Construct and boasts 31 spacious, one, two and two plus bedroom apartments and a 61 bed nursing home and 12 close couples care suites, a feature rather unique to the industry.
The retirement village has a cinema, its own hair salon as well as a restaurant and bar, known as The Kensington that is also open to the public.
“Stratton Court will cater for individuals and couples who desire the very best quality in interiors, facilities, and support services with the choice of independent living, to assisted living, to full time care if and when it’s required,” said sales director Peter Lloyd.
