National homecare provider Clarriots Care has appointed James Fry as Chief Operating Officer, in a move to sustain significant future expansion across the UK.
The move comes as part of a large investment and development plan to enhance the infrastructure and technology across the company’s network of centrally owned and franchised offices as it approaches ten years of operation.
James has moved from Head of Franchise and Marketing to the new appointment as Chief Operating Officer in order to manage the growth of the business, with assurance to quality over quantity. In addition to James’ appointment, Clarriots Care has appointed a number of Area Managers to increase the field-based support provided to its offices nationally.
Speaking about the appointment, James commented:
“I am passionate about working to truly make a difference to people’s lives. Working with Clarriots Care gives me just that and I look forward to supporting our teams nationally to grow our business with a clear focus on quality, ensuring our next ten years are as good as the first.
“Our promise on quality is supported with increased investment into our staff at all levels of the company. We firmly believe that our people are the most important part of our business and as a result we are investing in them directly, through a wider reward and recognition program, enhanced training and in technology to support them.”
James’ career in the Health & Social sector and with Clarriots Care is very accomplished since joining the company back in 2015. In that time, the company has not only increased its market share but also its reputation for high standards.
James W Carratt, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Clarriots Care added:
“James is a key member of our senior management team and we look forward to seeing his on-going leadership, infectious excitement and passion support us with our plans for continual and sustainable growth.
“James’s experience will certainly benefit and improve on the quality service we aim to provide to our customers, business partners and stakeholders.”
Clarriots Care, which was launched in 2008, is now a leading health and social care provider offering a range of support services to people across the country. The company supports clients and families across the UK and is working hard to support the communities in which they work further.
