Rosebank Care Home residents visited children at Bampton C.E. Primary School to announce the winners of a Christmas poster and card competition.
The Bampton based care home tasked the schoolchildren with coming up with designs for a festive themed card and poster that could be sent out to family and friends of Rosebank residents.
The winning poster design, which advertises Rosebank’s Christmas gathering on 22nd December, was awarded to ten year-old Taylor Foreshaw from Year 6. Eden Kearley-Blaze, aged 8 from the Kingfisher Class, took home the award for best Christmas card.
Gemma Foster, Rosebank’s Lifestyle Support Co-ordinator, commented: “It was lovely to see all of the beautiful designs that came through to us. It’s clear to see that we have some budding little artists at Bampton Primary School and we’re already looking forward

to sending out the cards.”
The colourful designs featured Father Christmas riding his sleigh with his reindeers, as well as a robin and snowman. Rosebank residents picked the two winners and awarded them with two £20 vouchers for Toys R Us.
