Clare Mortlock, Operations Manager at one of Kent’s leading home care providers, Bluebird Care, has celebrated her seven year anniversary with the company. Clare has worked in the care sector for 16 years and joined the company in 2010.
As Operations Manager, Clare works alongside franchise director to develop and implement the business strategy for Bluebird Care’s offices in Maidstone, Dartford and Gravesham, and Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. She also provides day-to-day operational support to managers and their care teams.
Clare recently led the implementation of Bluebird Care’s PASSsystem, a new mobile planning system which provides staff with vital real-time information on customers, with the aim of improving transparency and the quality of care delivery.
Clare said: “I love working in care, it’s a sector that can really make a huge difference to people’s lives. Seeing a customer smile provides such a great sense of job satisfaction and gives me a tremendous sense of purpose.
