I look forward to focusing on leading the new executive team as we embark on the next stages of our expansion plans, to open a number of new villages across the North West and beyond.”
Tracey had previously held the position of Finance Director since joining Belong in 1997, while Tracy Paine had been Operations Director since 2003.

Belong’s state-of-the-art villages provide a range of care, housing and support options for older people, as well as extensive amenities in the village centre. Belong specialises in supporting people with dementia, providing 24-hour care in extended family sized households, with modern open plan layouts specially designed around the needs of people with dementia.
Each village also offers a choice of independent living in a Belong apartment located within the village complex. As a registered domiciliary provider, the organisation is additionally able to support people in their own home, through its Belong at Home service.
