Aldringham Court Nursing Home, located in Aldringham, between Leiston and Aldeburgh in Suffolk, has announced the appointment of Jayne Haskins as its new Home Manager.

With over 30 years nursing experience, Jayne has led an esteemed career in the health and social care sector. Having managed an intermediate nursing care unit in Coventry, Jayne relocated to Suffolk in 2002 where as Deputy Director of Adult Services, she set up many community services in the Waveney district, including an admission prevention service, a falls prevention service and a specialist COPD service.
Jayne then went on to establish Ophelia Care Services, which provided consultancy services to Cambridgeshire-based residential homes, before branching into home care management at a Leonard Cheshire home in Norwich.
Confirms Jayne Haskins: “I thrive on making a difference to the lives of people who are living in a residential environment. I’m delighted to have joined Aldringham Court Nursing Home; it’s a lovely home and I have been welcomed by both a supportive management team and also a great team of people here.
“Since joining, I have brought on board a new deputy manager, Hanro, who will support me in managing the home. I’ve also undertaken our own mock CQC inspection to see where I feel further enhancements could be made, as I have aspirations to take the home from being rated “good” to ‘outstanding’ and am delighted to be supporting the team in delivering the very best care possible for our residents.”
