Staley House Care Home has been sold by Domain Care Limited to new owners Shafayat Hussain, Aurangzeb Akbar and Muddasser Hussain. The trio also own Mayfield Care Home in Sale.
Senior Relationship Manager Simon King, with the assistance of Relationship Manager Lisa Murray from Allied Irish Bank (GB), developed a six figure funding deal to support the acquisition of the nursing home. Solicitors Sarah Walton and Frances Proctor from the Corporate and Real Estate divisions of Weightmans LLP solicitors also acted on the deal.
Shafayat Hussain, director of Staley House Care Home Limited, said: “We are thrilled that our acquisition of Staley House Care Home has been successful. The property is well run and we intend to continue to improve the facilities and standard of care provided.
