Following their Christmas party this week, tenants of Watling Court spent another festive evening getting to the spirit of Christmas watching the annual pantomime at The Orchard Theatre.
As it is the season for pantomime (oh yes it is!), tenants of the Gravesend extra care housing scheme took a trip to Dartford on Friday, to watch this year’s panto, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves.
Boarding the minibus, Christmas spirit and excitement was in the air, as the group of tenants were all looking forward to a festive and fun evening out.
They had an excellent evening watching the show, which had them all laughing out loud, as well as enjoying ice cream during the interval, before heading back home.
Helen Goulding, scheme manager of Watling Court said: “We always have lots going on here at Christmas as the tenants love to get involved in planning events and parties.
“We all get together to decorate the home and last week we hosted our annual Christmas party and fete, there really is an excellent community atmosphere here and not just at Christmas!”
