Tracscare has announced the acquisition of specialist Acquired Brain Injury provider New Bridges. The purchase of these four specialist Acquired Brain Injury services is part of their ongoing growth strategy.
With over 25 years of experience in providing specialist support and over 80 services across England and Wales, Tracscare delivers specialist support for people with Acquired Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health Needs. Tracscare provide a complete care pathway from therapeutic settings with clinical teams on site to registered residential care and supported living in the community.
New Bridges forms part of an ongoing programme of acquisitions, which has seen Tracscare take on services that share their culture and commitment to quality. In 2015 Tracscare acquired Brookdale Care, a specialist residential care provider for individuals with Autism, and as a result became the largest provider of support for individuals with Autism in the sector.
