Mayor of Northwich, Councillor Kevin Rimmer, recently performed a planting ceremony at a new Care Home in Northwich, called Lostock Lodge. The care home, which officially opens its doors on the 15 th of January for a Public Open Day, is situated on the edge of Cheshire Business Park and will house 66 residents and will create more than 70 jobs for local people.
Spread over three floors, Lostock Lodge will be registered to provide personalised residential and dementia care in a luxury environment, but at an affordable cost to the local community. The home has been purpose built in traditional stone to promote a lifestyle for residents that offers superior accommodation and a high quality of personalised care. The home will boast 66 en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, a café/bistro, a shop, a cinema room, and numerous lounges and communal areas.
