A qualified nurse with over 15 years’ experience, Carole has worked in both operational and service development roles. She joins Danshell from another healthcare provider where one of her key responsibilities was to assess new admissions and plan care pathways for service users living with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions into less restrictive environments.

Cedar Vale is an independent hospital in East Bridgford, Nottingham for up to 14 men with autism, learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviours. It is currently undergoing significant investment to further enable the service team to support service users and promote independent living skills.
