Guests at the event were treated to a wide selection of tasty treats, including home-made cupcakes and colourful party biscuits, arranged on vintage china cake stands.
The home was decorated beautifully for the occasion with delicate white linen tablecloths and festive bunting used to give the tea room an extra special feel.
Musical entertainment was provided with background tea dance music, with residents and their family members discussing their favourite songs from over the years and sharing some treasured memories.
Alison Fisher, Activities co-ordinator at Aaron Grange Care Home, commented:
“We had such a lovely time at the vintage tea party and it was great to welcome so many family members into the home.
“Events like these show the warmth and joy so often present here at Aaron Grange.”
