Castleoak and Anchor announce £16.6 million deal to develop luxury Hampshire retirement village
Specialist construction and development partner for retirement living, Castleoak, has announced a contract win with Anchor worth £16.6 million. Castleoak will deliver phase two of Anchor’s luxury retirement village, Bishopstoke Park, near Winchester, Hampshire, which will see the addition of seventy three luxury one and two bedroom apartments to the popular independent living community. Anchor is England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for older people.

The village offers residents an exceptionally high quality, aspirational living environment and we needed a specialist experienced in delivering schemes of this calibre. This will be the eleventh project we have worked on with Castleoak and we are confident they have the expertise required to manage the successful delivery of the project.”
