At the annual Henry Stewart briefing covering Nursing Homes, Care Homes, Assisted Living, Domiciliary Care Services and Third Age Housing Michael Voges, Executive Director, Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO), will be addressing the thorny issue of ‘removing legal barriers from deferred payments and future business models in senior housing and care developments’.
He believes that the Law Commission report will conclude that if a clear disclosure framework is followed so called ‘exit’ and ‘event’ fees are unlikely to be seen as unfair. He will discuss what such a conclusion will mean for the retirement community/village sector and what kind of business models will emerge.
The conference is being held on Tuesday 9 February 2016 at Le Meridien Piccadilly, London. Full details of all the topics, speakers and panellists can be seen at: http://henrystewartconferences.com/NursingandCareHomes2016/
