There must be something in the water at Lancashire Care Home, Stocks Hall Ormskirk, as 6 members of care staff from the home get ready to say their goodbyes for a short while as they begin their maternity leave.
Each of the proud parent-to-be’s, aka ‘The Stocks-Six’ were showered with gifts, flowers and their own personalised baby grows as they celebrated together with residents and staff from the home.
The only lady who wasn’t present at the shower was Care Assistant, Beth Paice, who kindly sent a picture of her with premature, but healthy baby boy, Christopher. Congratulations Beth!

Geraldine Ball, Manager of Stocks Hall Ormskirk said “I’m really excited to begin my maternity leave and it has been wonderful to share my pregnancy journey with the girls. We are a very family orientated Care Group and it’s fantastic news that we’re able to welcome so many newborns into our Stocks Hall family. Our Care Home has a proud tradition of sons and daughters following in their parents footsteps and we hope to see this repeated in years to come.”
Stocks Hall would like to congratulate all the ladies and wish them every success in their parenting adventures.
