The Orders of St John Care Trust has announced that its Chief Executive, Andrew Cheesbrough, has decided to step down.
Dan Hayes, currently Trust Operations Director, has been appointed Acting Chief Executive. His role as Operations Director will be filled by Kevin Hall, currently Assistant Operations Director for the Trust’s Gloucestershire region. All other positions remain unchanged.
Trust Chairman, Don Wood, commented: “Andrew has made a very significant contribution to the growth of OSJCT during the 15 years he has been with the Trust. In his role as Property and Development Director and most recently as Chief Executive, he has been overseen the development of 21 care facilities, both homes and independent living schemes, and in helping to reshape the Trust’s strategy to meet both economic and care sector market changes. He will be much missed and we wish him every success in his future career.
“Looking forward, Dan and his executive team have the absolute support and confidence of the whole Board of Trustees, and we look forward to working together to continue to grow the Trust as one of the country’s leading not for profit care providers.”
