Castleoak has appointed a Business Development Director and Construction Director to support its five-year 2020 business growth plan. The appointments strengthen Castleoak’s leadership team as it aims to grow its market share in the development and construction of care homes, assisted living and retirement property.
Lex Cumber joins Castleoak as Business Development Director. He brings extensive experience of working with care providers, housing associations, local authorities and private developers.
Lex will be responsible for developing Castleoak’s new and long-term customer relationships. He will work collaboratively with customers to understand requirements and identify opportunities supported by Castleoak’s flexible mix of development, construction, funding and timber frame capabilities.
James Player joins Castleoak as Construction Director. He brings 27 years construction experience leading operational teams who have successfully delivered multi million pound projects and frameworks across a variety of construction sectors.
James will be responsible for leading our construction teams and will be focusing on continuous improvement, quality, excellence, and challenging his team to deliver zero defect schemes on time to our customers.
