Burcot care homeOn behalf of Mr & Mrs Bales, Knight Frank Healthcare team has sold Burcot Grange Care Home, in Bromsgrove to Cinnamon Care Capital.

Burcot Grange is a very high quality residential care home registered for 40 residents.  The home has a demonstrable trading history, providing first class accommodation in single en suite bedrooms.

In addition substantial planning consent has been granted for further significant extension.  There is also planning permission for a specialist dementia unit within the 8 acre site which has been designed to exceed all care standards. Additionally, there is planning consent for the development of close care and independent living units.
