As Signature Senior Lifestyle comes to the end of a successful 2014, they have also hit another major milestone by employing their 1000th employee. Over the last few years, Signature has undertaken an ambitious construction programme, focused on the provision of premium purpose built care and nursing homes, in and around the M25. There are now 7 open homes, and number 8, Rosebery Manor, in Epsom, will open its doors before the end of the year.
Aidan Roche, Managing Director added,
“We recognise that our people on the ground are the face of Signature, they are those special individuals who provide award winning care and nursing to all of our residents. They are, the ones who ultimately create the home-like, relaxed and enjoyable environments which Signature prides itself on providing. Our employees define our brand, helping us to create exceptional homes and be an employer of choice, within the care sector. I am incredibly proud to welcome our 1000th employee and look forward to doubling that number in the coming years.”
Signature will continue its expansion programme, aiming to construct and open 3 new homes on average each year. This in turn, will enable us to provide more employment opportunities and allow us to look after more new residents, who can then enjoy the same outstanding levels of care for which Signature is now renowned.
