Sequence Care, the provider of specialist residential and community hospital support for adults with Learning Disabilities, is delighted to announce the appointment of Ian Coldrick as Chief Executive Officer. Ian will replace Kit Doleman, who is moving back to be with his family in Nottingham. Kit has led the group since its buyout in May 2013 and overseen the acquisition and development of the services in Chingford, Dartford, Cheshunt and Erith.
Ian joins Sequence Care after eleven years at The Priory Group, where he most recently held the position of Business Operations Director. Ian’s background is in NHS clinical practice, and he has extensive and direct experience of the social care sector, having run the Acute Adult Mental Health hospital in Brighton and the Acute Psychiatric Hospital at Hayes Grove, Bromley. Following this, he joined the Priory Group, and during his time there he was involved in project development, strategic leadership, and growth of the Healthcare Division. Sequence Care believe that Ian’s managerial expertise and front-line experience will not only ensure that Sequence Care are able to compete in an increasingly competitive health and social care market, but furthermore, to ensure services continue to deliver the very best care for individuals they support.
Neil Gillis, Chairman of Sequence Care commented:
“Ian’s appointment as CEO marks an important milestone in Sequence Care’s journey. The two new Connington services in Chingford are now CQC registered and the other services in development will come on stream in the coming weeks, nearly doubling the scale of the group’s operations.
