Bluebird Care South Gloucestershire, who employ over 25 local people, has appointed Louise Brookman as their new supervisor, whilst Michelle Gynn has taken up the role of care coordinator.
“My passion for providing good quality care has increased over the years. My own experiences of working with people who need care have shown me that it’s essential that all people receive quality care at home, so they can live happy and fulfilling lives whatever their needs.
Bluebird Care has developed an excellent reputation in South Gloucestershire during our first year of operations. With nearly 50 customers already, I’m looking forward to working with Louise and Michelle to move our positive reputation even further.”
Bluebird Care’s work involves providing care visits, normally on a daily basis for relatively short periods to help with the everyday tasks of life. However the service does not stop there because longer duration visits are available as well, including overnight and live-in care.
The organisation operates and provides care throughout all of South Gloucestershire and helps to look after many different types of people including physically disabled adults, older people and people with dementia.
Jack Whitfield, Managing Director of Bluebird Care, was delighted with both Louise and Michelle’s appointments. He said:
“We went into the recruitment process wanting to find people with similar values to ourselves, who are committed to delivering only the highest standard of quality care and we are fortunate to have found Louise and Michelle. They bring huge experience to their respective roles and are already proving to be real assets to the team.”
Bluebird Care South Gloucestershire’s success has been met with recognition just recently when they were named South West Newcomer of the Year at the National Bluebird Care awards in Warwickshire.
