Today IMHSA is pleased to announce the election of Joy Chamberlain, Partnerships in Care, as Chair of IMHSA and Margaret Cudmore, The Huntercombe Group, as Vice-Chair.
Joy Chamberlain is Group Chief Executive at Partnerships in Care and has over 20 years of operational and commercial healthcare experience. She is recognised as one of the most influential leaders in the independent healthcare sector in the UK.
Joy Chamberlain said:
“I am delighted to represent the independent mental health sector as the new Chair of IMHSA. I look forward to working in partnership with policy makers, and our partners in the industry to deliver high quality, patient centric care that ultimately brings about the best outcomes for people using mental health services.
Margaret Cudmore, The Huntercombe Group, has worked in healthcare, mainly specialised services, for over 40 years and has six years’ experience representing the sector from her time as Chair of former representative body, the Independent Healthcare Association.
