Bromson Hill sale concludes Alpha Health Care Ltd disposal process

Bromson Hill Nursing HomeBromson Hill Nursing Home, the 34-bed care home in Ashorne, Warwickshire has been sold by specialist care property adviser Christie + Co, concluding a process which has seen ten care homes sold by the company on behalf of Alpha Health Care Ltd.

Bromson Hill is a detached, former Victorian residence in a beautiful rural location. It is registered for nursing, residential and respite care by the Care Quality Commission — although the majority of residents require nursing care.

The sale was the final of ten care homes disposed of by Alpha Health Care. The other homes sold were: Grosvenor House, Regents Court, Tutnall Hall, Wayside Nursing Home and Westley Court – all in Worcestershire; Waterloo House and Mockley Manor — both, like Bromson Hill, in Warwickshire; Willow Grange in Solihull; and Russettings in West Sussex.

Martin Gould, Director of Care for Christie + Co in Birmingham, handled the sale of the homes in the West Midlands, with his colleague John Harrison from the company’s Maidstone office handling the sale of Russettings in Balcombe.

Gould says: “We are delighted to have concluded the process to sell these ten excellent quality care homes for Alpha Health Care Ltd, with the homes being sold to a combination of local and regional operators, ensuring they remain in the UK’s care continuum.”
