Healthcare Homes, an East Anglian-based residential and nursing care home provider, has hosted a celebratory presentation at its Reydon-based residential home, Oaklands House, to mark the 20th anniversary of one of its senior care workers, Monica Earl.
Having joined the team in 1992, Monica, who lives in Wenhaston, is a dedicated member of the support team and is currently working nights to provide care and support to the 29 residents that live at Oaklands House. David Bates, Chief Operating Officer of Healthcare Homes made a presentation at the home to thank Monica for her loyalty and dedication.
Explains David Bates; “The contribution Monica continues to make at Oaklands House is superb; she is a highly regarded member of the team and we are very proud to mark her 20th anniversary here in Reydon. The presentation I am making is our way of showing Monica just how much we appreciate her commitment, support and loyalty; not just from the management, but also the team at Oaklands House and of course the residents that live there.”
Adds Jennie Smith, manager of Oaklands House: “Monica is a great asset to the team at Oaklands House and we are pleased to be celebrating her 20th year with the home. She is a very dedicated worker, for example she didn’t think twice about coming in last Saturday to help set-up our Jubilee party, before then working her evening shift. Nothing is too much trouble for Monica and we thank her for her support. Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren, as well as taking holidays abroad.”
