HME is proud to be one of the first organisations to register candidates for the new QCF Level 3 Award: Provide a Workplace Induction in the Assisting and Moving of Individuals.

This qualification is designed for those who need to provide effective induction in the workplace. The course is customised to individual work settings and suitable for anyone working with children, young people or adults in health or social care settings.

To register learners need to be familiar with basic strategies for assisting and moving individuals and working or volunteering in a care setting. They will need to achieve 5 credits through the completion of the 5 mandatory units, delivered through a flexible 5 day training programme, followed by assessment within the workplace.
