Sheridan has 12 years working as a senior health professional including the last 4 years at Board level as a Director of Operations for a mental health provider in the South East.
Synergy Health Recruitment’s mission is to change the image of health & social care recruitment and to strip away the sales target drivers of the industry and replace with an “insiders” knowledge of the industry, that she can share with clients and candidates alike. In her health professional role, she has recruited to most health and social care positions as an employer.
Synergy Health Recruitment gives the employer the choice. Either purely job board advertisements, cheaper than press advertisements, and the new way to recruit, or choose managed recruitment campaigns including executive search.
